Prime Madrid Construcción is a specialist channel for lead generation, initial assessment, commercial coordination and intermediation of selected new-build, rehabilitation and comprehensive transformation projects. Our initial activity is focused exclusively on the Community of Madrid, with a preference for works of sufficient scale. Prime Madrid Construcción does not itself undertake construction: the construction company appointed for each project will sign the works contract directly and assume responsibility for delivery.

We assess construction and rehabilitation projects in the Community of Madrid with a defined scope, demonstrable feasibility and a preference for works of sufficient scale. Each proposal is assessed individually before any technical or financial development begins. The following images illustrate the types of work we consider; they do not necessarily depict works carried out by Prime Madrid Construcción.

PROCESS
First, we assess. Then, we define the next steps.
Every project begins with a free initial commercial assessment. We analyse its scope, feasibility, the client’s circumstances and the conditions required to identify a suitable construction company. Only selected projects proceed to technical assessment, financial proposal and direct contracting with the company that will carry out the works.
HOW WE WORK
INITIAL SUBMISSION
The client provides an initial description of the project, its location, scope, stage of development and anticipated programme.
PROJECT QUALIFICATION
We verify its scale, feasibility, suitability for the location, budget availability and genuine decision-making capacity.
DOCUMENTATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Where there is mutual interest, we request the necessary information within a documented framework that protects all parties.
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
We review the design, quantities, permits, programme, technical constraints and material delivery risks.
PROPOSAL AND CONTRACTING
Selected projects receive a technical and financial proposal. Before contracting, the relevant corporate, technical, insurance and solvency documentation is provided.
PLANNING AND OVERSIGHT
The company signing the contract will define teams, programme, procurement, trade coordination, quality controls, financial monitoring and handover in line with the agreed responsibilities.

Prime Madrid Construcción acts as a channel for lead generation, initial assessment, commercial coordination and intermediation of construction and rehabilitation projects. Our initial activity is limited to the Community of Madrid and is aimed primarily at works of sufficient scale promoted by owners, companies, investors and other qualified clients.
Prime Madrid Construcción does not itself sign or perform the works contract. For each project, the construction company that will carry out the works and contract directly with the client will be clearly identified. Before contracting, that company must provide evidence of the insurance, guarantees, technical capacity and financial standing required for the project, as well as any contractor classifications where necessary, and supply the corresponding documentation.
OUR PRINCIPLES
SELECTION
We assess projects whose scale and conditions allow appropriate delivery responsibilities and guarantees to be defined.
CONTROL
The proposal and contract must specify scope, costs, programme and responsibilities for oversight of the works.
TRANSPARENCY
The contract clearly identifies responsibilities, conditions, guarantees and the documentation of the delivery company.
COORDINATION
We facilitate initial commercial coordination between the client, the construction company and the qualified professionals required for each project.
