Submitting a project requires a full name, email address, project location and project type, together with a description or message. The company or developer field is optional. The form also records acceptance of the privacy policy. Technical records, such as an IP address and browser information, may be processed for site security and operation. To limit repeated submissions, the system retains for 15 minutes counters associated with protected hashes of the originating address and sender email; those values are not stored in plain text in the counters.

3. Purpose

Submitted data is used to receive and assess the enquiry, respond to the person making it and, if the project progresses, prepare the information needed for a possible proposal. It will not be used for unrelated marketing communications without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers needed to operate the website and, where necessary to assess or prepare a proposal, shared with the company that may assess or carry out the works. That company’s identity and the conditions of disclosure must be specified before contracting progresses. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. Personal data is not sold.
