The website presents the selection, initial assessment and coordination of construction, rehabilitation and transformation projects of sufficient scale in the Community of Madrid. Published information is general and does not constitute a contractual offer, quotation, technical certification, or a guarantee that a project will be accepted or delivered.

3. Contracting and delivery of works

For each project, physical delivery and the works contract will be the responsibility of the construction company identified for that project, which will contract directly with the client and must demonstrate, before contracting, the technical capacity, solvency, insurance, guarantees and classifications that may be required. Applicable responsibilities, scope, costs, deadlines and documentation will be defined in the relevant contracts.

4. Images and references

Images and visual references on the website illustrate types of project. They do not, by themselves, establish that the company or any particular construction company delivered the works shown.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Texts, images, logos, trade marks and other content belong to their respective rights holders or are used under the relevant authorisation or licence. Reproduction, adaptation or distribution must respect applicable rights and obtain permission where required.
